ALAMO PARADISE ACRES is under NEW MANAGEMENT. My husband and I are the new ON-SITE managers (July 1, 2018) here at Alamo Paradise Acres. We have seen a couple negative reviews (one of which posted since we’ve been here from someone we have never heard of and may be referring to a different resort). We are excited to be here and encourage you to stop in and see for yourselves the changes/improvements that have been made. We promise we DONT “overcharge” you or “ride around on bikes” spying on our residents. There are many activities (including a jam session tonight!) and we WELCOME new full time residents and/or Winter Texans with open arms! Hope to see y’all soon!

Be careful of this park. They over charged me for electric. It wasnt until I pressed them they looked into and they made the mistake. They claim to be owners when really they sold the park in Nov 2016 and just have stayed on to be the so called managers. You never know which person you will get. Rick can be nice and be an ass. His wife is just as bad. Telling me that maybe my batteries were low when I came that was the reason for my high electric bill, insulting my intelligence with that bs. Come on now, I know better than that. I have a spread sheet of exactly what my coach draws.Its an old run down park that the people are nice but the management sucks. The sites are terrible and the only reason I went there is the web site shows well and Rick was nice when I talked to him on the phone. They ran the summer managers out. It is a shame because the people who go there are nice but dont be sucked in by the managers who sold the park.The bottom line is beware and do your research.My neighbor had an issue with the sewer and the manger wouldnt help him on a Sunday when it turns out that the issue was a lift pump in the park not the sewer drain from his 5th wheel.Dont be fooled by these people!
