I like the vibe and people here.

This is a nice location to rent for small to moderate group gatherings, the staff is pleasant and the facilities are well kept. There is plenty of parking, its handicap accessible and the view of the water way is beautiful as well as industrial at times when the big ships pass. There is also a pleasant walking path along the waterway and marina areas.

Beautiful marina right on the bay with views to the Alameda beach. Excellent shops and businesses there along with homes with private docks as well. Went to check it out for relocation of a boat and fell in love. Staff was friendly and gave me access for the day to walk around the huge area and check everything out. Secure, clean, friendly, protected, and a great location.

I was invited in, sold beer, then promptly told to sit by myself. Not the best recruitment technique. The beer was tasty, cold, and reasonably priced though.
