Parties are always great at chuck e cheese we have had several parties at this location and the staff is always great. Everyone always has fun highly recommend parties here they have many packages that are very affordable. We love their security procedures which allow parents to feel at easy to let their kids play!

We had a blast!!!. Even through this pandemic with 37% of the games that didnt work or ( missing balls and puck (( 2 games missing equipment)).) It was clean, fun and the staff was all over everything needed done and keeping clean and being of assistance. We will be returning in the future.

Seem to be following most of covid restrictions which its nice. Staff could have been more polite and pleasant though.

My 4 year olds first time, had a blast!

Went here for a birthday party. The staff was very professional. The manager ran the party and her organization was amazing. She kept things moving and was on point the while time. Kids all enjoyed the games and entertainment.

Had granddaughters 6th Birthday party there. It was fantastic. Kids all had a great time playing games and getting prizes. The girl that helped with Party was great. She had all the kids singing and dancing.

The pizza was awesome and the place was really clean. Just the bathroom was a little dirty with no paper towels and only 3 stalls which created a line in the ladies room. And also there is no more ball pit. :(

Great fun for the whole family and great food also. They even carry alcoholic beverages for the adults. Great affordable fun.

Staff handling the birthday parties were polite helpful and energetic. The staff in the rest of the place were absent and absent minded. This may have been an off day but it was a weekend night.

It wasnt my favorite Chuck e cheese experience for sure. The staff were mia when I went to look for help & very unprofessional. My only request was when the sketch machine wasnt working (spitting out blank sketches) & the paw patrol game wasnt giving tickets for my 3 year old. So someone comes out & puts tickets in the machine without even acknowledging us. Of course it didnt give him what it should have but she had already took off. When I went to wait for help again the girl looked at me like I spoke a foreign language. I would say its worth the drive to go to the one on portage. This was our first & last time at this location.

Their pizza is sub par, but they have a nice salad bar and the kids always have a great time!

Some of the games dont accurately give tickets. You have to wait a while in lines. They may just need more people on staff. The staff is friendly though and my kids have a great time

Out of the 5 employees I encountered there was only one decent one. She did amazing throwing the party. For the manager to be sitting at the table watching how her crew interacted with customers was the icing on the cake. No smiles, no thank you for visiting. Great customer service goes a long way! I even asked for help and the kid told me he was on break to ask someone else. The manager did nothing but watch and stare. Maybe they ALL need trained on basic customer service or fired! Wont be back!

Clean place. The food has come a long ways from the cardboard pizza of the 80s. No more tokens. Great people watching and the kids have fun playing lots of games for cheap prizes.

Celebrated my granddaughters 3rd birthday there.

Classic Chuck E Cheese, their new pay for time model is great and easy for everybody. I have a soft place in my heart for the pizza but its like any cheap pizza. Its only delicious when you eat it when its hot.

Kids loved it. Games are dated and no longer take tokens. I preferred the tokens. Lets not pretend anyone comes here for the food. You are better off driving to the Canton location.

We have always loved going to Chuck E. Cheese with our kids and now our granddaughters.... but I must say if they do not do something about the customer service these youngs kids are giving just down right rude I think we will have to no longer go

Great store! General Manager is awesome. She made our visit here amazing. We had a great time and she is part of the reason for that. I recommend this place!

Its a good place to let your little ones burn time and energy running around on their own. Safe and chill. The 60-minute unlimited passes are worth it. The food and game selection to keep adults entertained while the kids are off playing are pretty lackluster. Pizza is cardboard-esque. This particular location didnt have a Chucky mascot interact with the kids at all during our stay. To be frank, you go to treat your kids and accept that you personally will probably hate your life for a couple of hours. Its a fair trade.

Its Chuck E. Cheeses...you know what to expect. Having said that. This one was clean, and the pizza was fresh. The customer service was pleasant, and informative. The games are all updated.

My 2yr neice had a magical time

Pricey, the games are consistently breaking and in need of repair, the ticket redemption machines are consistently jammed and in need of assistance, and the ticket redemption counter, when we finally made it through all that, was unmanned for 20 minutes while parents stood around waiting with exhausted kids.Coincidentally, the only childhood memory I had of the place was how awful the pizza was. That was 20 years ago and the pizza is still terrible. I cannot explain how awful it is. Eat before you go if you have to go.Overall poorly managed money pit.Only good to come of the visit was that the kids had fun playing the games that did work. A good family place is one that accommodates both kids and parents. This place is not even half the equation.

Loved this place as a kid! They still have some games that i loved as a kid and even have animatronics. Their pizza is good I would go again if i could :)

It is a kid environment. Purely for kids. should not sever alcohol. I understand that has been the common practice since I first started going there in the early 80s but things have changed. You can lose everything (your children/ family/ or other peoples families. ) other then alcohol. Its a great place to let kids play when its cold

Fun place for the kids to hang out. They have updated a lot of the games since we were last there and took out the coin machine for the games now its a card reader. Makes it so much easier for the kids. They will not spill coins all over the floor and you are on your hands and knees looking for them all. Most adults love beer and they serve it now! Nice way to kill the time and boredom waiting for your kids to get done playing on the games. Unless you are a kid at heart too.

We attended a birthday party here today. My nephew paid for time slot 12:30-2:30. The pizza was gross & for a large to have such tiny pieces was ridiculous. The party hostess started cleaning our tables up at 2. Basically pushing us out. I heard a snide remark by another hostess They got to go. Im ready for my break. You charge $200+ for a 2 hr party then have employees making remarks like that near customers...He paid until 2:30, we will stay until 2:30. Never again.

While the games are fun, the adults are terrible. I was playing skee ball and a womens child was throwing balls in my lane. When I asked politely to please have the child stop playing my game, she got in my face. Then, she threw her arm across me and threaten my life as she threw balls in my lane. Im giving 3 stars because the atmosphere is terrible. The staff were great at deescalting the situation, but Id avoid going there in weekends

Always have fun here! Mostly because Im a skee ball god. Tons of games and prizes. The food is actually good, too. I took two stars off because it often seems to be overcrowded and full of very small children who are completely unsupervised that like to steal tickets, throw balls, and fight to take over games (and make me worry for them!). Thats every time Ive been there - and have heard the same from many people.

Extremely fun and exciting. I love watching the look on all of the childrens faces when Chuckie comes out. Expensive! But you pay for what you want...

Been twice in the past couple months--the most recent was to host a kid birthday party. Our hostess Lexi was amazing! It ends up being a cheaper party option than many other places and the kids all love it. Even younger toddlers have lots of game options to get tickets. Both times the place was exceptionally clean and it was surprisingly not overcrowded. The staff was always very friendly. Our first time several games had issues but they had staff constantly checking when people reported it and refunding tokens. The new play cards definitely make it easier than carrying around lots of tokens but you do tend to burn through them quicker. The pizza wasnt horrible like I was expecting--about the same as a Cicis which I can tolerate. The adult food wasnt half bad either (sampler platter and sandwiches). Overall we had a good time and plan to return.

We were just there this afternoon for some fun play (our sons first time). When we first walked in the door and the lady looked at us and told us we came in the wrong door but rather than just go ahead and open the gate she made us walk back out and walk around to the correct gate (there was literally no one else here at the time), then we walked in and we just kind of stood there as weve never been before and we werent really sure what to do or where to go so finally I asked her and mentioned we had never been here before. Then, she proceeded to ask us if we were going to eat and I said yes and that we also have military discount. She told me there were two packages for that one of them was 28.99 and one of them was 40 something. She could not tell me what they included because she said she would have to ring them up before she could tell me. I asked her with the cheaper package included and she told me a large pizza in for drinks it also included either 45 plays or 45 minutes. We asked her what the difference was because we didnt understand and she could not explain it to us until about three minutes later when she finally explained it while shaking her head. We told her we wanted the 45 minutes and then she swiped our card and just walked away. I turned around and she started letting other people in while we just stood there like idiots because we didnt know what to do next. Finally she came back over and asked what we want on our pizza and handed us our receipt. We got ssettledand set our stuff at the table and started to play, then chuckie came out and our son (2.5 years old) was so excited and she just kept walking and didnt acknowledge him. She did her dance (same girl that checked us in) and walked away immediately after. I had to ask her to stop so our son could see him and get a picture of him and there was so much attitude in her body language. Her name was Shaunte and she should NOT be working some where, where there are children because it was very clear she hates her job. Very rude and NO customer service skills.

Fun place for small children. Food, games and entertainment

So, lets be honest, Chuck E. Cheese is not a place I really enjoy; its loud, its chaotic, the animatronic critters are creepy, but boy do my kids LOVE this place. Its a good place to go when its cold or rainy cause they wear themselves out just running between game machines like crazy little squirrels (because their attention spans are non-existent here!!). While I dont find the food to be all that amazing, my kids swear the pizza is the best ever. All in all, I highly recommend for kid-sized fun and adult torture.

I have visited this location a few times and it seems they are getting better but there are still some things they could work on. The games seem to consistently get stuck, the ticket machines break down and the staff seem to always be way busier than norm to help. I know things are super busy with all the kids but it seems they could use some guidance to run a little smoother. This is my opinion as an adult. My kids on the other hand, always seem to have. Good time.

Kids had fun but the drink area and salad area could be a little cleaner and well kept... but food is good and not too badly priced you can also get coupons on their website.
