Definitely not as good as it used to be. Hopefully the Canton store will be better.

They have decent selections but dont go there for service... Not sure how others experience was so great but mine was so poor with salesperson pretty much said cant do nothing with 35 minutes to close when I wanted to demo and buy a set. Will not be going back there...

Aj and Austin were very helpful as always. If you want someone willing to take the time to help you, who is knowledgeable and has a great attitude while doing it, I recommend asking for Aj. Hes all those things

Do not go there for them to put grips on. 11 out of my 14 were not centered at all with the alignment. Some clubs were open others were closed. Had to go and get them replaced. Spend your money at a legitimate golf repair place.

Went to purchase a new m1 taylormade driver for my birthday today. There was a very poor selection and what they did have looked to be In used condition. New 350$ drivers with scratches and scuffs not wrapped In plastic. Looked like almost every driver was a demo. Checked out theyre used clubs/irons looked like someone played 18 with them earlier In the afternoon. Dont even clean them. On the other hand if I was going to spend 500$ on a new driver they have a million to choose from all wrapped and new. Very disappointed drove 30+ minutes for nothing. I doubt this place will be open much longer with services like Amazon.

I took my six iron to get re-shafted, when I went in the salesman by the repair counter said that he was busy with a customer trying out a new driver and was unable to assist me; he then proceeded to stare out the window for the next literally four minutes and ignore me while standing three feet from the counter I was waiting at; another guy walked by with a box and said he would be with me momentarily and that never happened; finally someone came from the other side of the store and did wait on me...that was frustrating. When I picked up my repaired club they never bothered to wipe down the metal wedge part-it still was caked with mud.My rating on the service is a negative five stars. Like they care. trust me-they do not-go to Golfsmith-they are real nice and courteous and act like they want to help-their prices are actually a little better on everything as well.

Always friendly staff that go out of their way to say hi and help you. I’ve never had a poor experience in the 10+ years that I’ve shopped here.
