The theater has been remodeled. It is very well done. Should have signage on east entrance stating access to theater. We walked outside to enter which was extremely cold. The performance was good, but sound mixing needed to be improved. It was difficult to understand. Also, a hearing loop would be great improvement. I could hear better without my hearing aids.

What an amazing theater! In terms of aesthetics, it rivals the Akron Civic (I know, blasphemy). I want to go back more often because it deserves to be supported. Bravo.

Was patted down, and had my cell phone and watch locked in a secure case. I would have left it in the car if I had known ahead of time, but I didnt, and it was too late to go back to my car at that point. When we went to get seated, the lights were out but the usher refused to show us to our seats, and we couldnt read anything and didnt have our cell phones to light the way. The sound was also too loud for a comedy show. I will not visit this theater again.

A nice venue that is capable of seating a lot of people. It has enjoyable architecture within and the seats are spacious and rather comfortable. Parking could be designated a bit better and directions to make it to the auditorium and restrooms could be more visible, but its definitely a great place to enjoy local entertainment.

Love the venue. Very true to the area and its history. Only criticism was that the ushers told us we could stand in front of the stage if the band allowed it. The band did, but due to this venues seating arrangements and how they sell the seats, unless you paid to be in front the people who did will very much disapprove. We were only a few rows back but we just love the band and wanted to stand and enjoy. This venue is really only good to view from the seat, and of course stand at your seat. As long as again the people behind you dont complain. Other than that, had a great experience.

I recently traveled to Akron for my first concert at the Goodyear Theater, and I would definitely go again! The venue was very comfortable and nice. The employees were efficient/friendly, and the whole place was clean -- bathrooms, too (which can be iffy-to-abhorrent at a lot of venues). The rows of seats are spaced out more generously than at other theaters, giving welcome leg room and eliminating that packed-in feeling when youre seated in the middle of a row. The theater is conveniently located near the major highways, making it easy to visit for those of us coming from out of town, and there are plenty of $10 parking lots nearby. I had a great time.

Been here twice: for Railroad Earth on March 7, 2018 and for moe. on July 19, 2018. The theater itself, while not as visually stunning at the theaters at Playhouse Square in Cleveland or the Akron Civic Theater, is very nice and in excellent condition. It looks like it was recently remodeled. The plush seats are comfortable and well-spaced, and feature drink holders. Food and drink prices are quite reasonable: $5 for a Great Lakes beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Im a taper, and both times brought my equipment and even though I was questioned about it, the staff were very accommodating and checked with band management, rather than just telling me no.The sound in the theater was excellent, too. Nicely mixed and balanced, as well as not being too loud for my old ears. Well worth the 45-minute trip from Parma.

This is a great facility and I hope to attend more concerts here. The parking is not great. It seemed that the attendant was not keeping track of how many open spots vs. how many people were given tickets. So parking at first was very stressful but at the end of the night it was super quick and easy to leave and hop on the highway. The show I attended was sold out and it felt that the staff was not prepared for that volume of people. Entering the facility was chaotic and disorganized. My friend said the restrooms appear to be the only area not renovated. I did not see it for myself. Everything else was top notch and a good experience overall.
