This is a great facility very nice the staff could relax a little bit.The harsh measures to keep out food and drink are a little over the top for coaches.When you have an 8-hour meet you probably need to have a few things with you..

Beautiful, state of the art facility. Well maintained equipment, clean and spacious. Parking is not convenient to the entrance but worth the short walk.

It was nice but parking lots smallCold wintery day. I walk almost 2 blocks from parking to the front door. But its expected with a college located in the center of the city.

The University starts a lot of walks from here. Past weekend Out of the Darkness suicide prevention walk. Huge indoor football and athletic venue. Not normally open to the public. Cavernous! Be prepared to walk a lot limited bathroom availability.

Very nice facility. I was only there for a track meet though. But it was very clean and the staff was friendly but just a few notes: Dont try to bring in food if coming for an event. They will check your bag and make you take it back to your car or leave it with them for pick up later. Its to force you to buy food at their concession and I dont appreciate that. We are a working family and cut corners where we can, but I cant have two hungry little ones so being forced to pay the ridiculously priced concession prices was not appreciated. My other issues is as I said we were there for a track meet and it turned out the tickets were $10 each and that is all well and good, however they also charged $10 for the kids! So to spend $40 to go to a track meet not to mention having to purchase from the concession stand it was not a totally pleasant event for us. But outside of that, the facility looked very nice with updated equipment, a basketball court and an indoor pool. Not sure if my review in regards to the event at the facility applies here but I wish I would have known some of this before we drove from Columbus that I would end up spending about $80 just to attend a track meet. : (

I was there to see the Ohios Pride University of Akron marching band for friends and family night. An impressive building for a very impressive marching band.

This place is awesome! My son went to football camp here. Incredible facility.

Were spoiled in Northeast Ohio having great oversized indoor tracks. Akrons 300m track and stands to go along with the video board makes it one of the best in the country. Great site for the OATCCC State Indoor Track Meet.

It was so dirty hire a better janitor pay them well

It has a great fieldhouse, good ventilation and has a huge 300m track.

Entrance is way too far away from the parking lot. If youre elderly or ill in anyway whatsoever, youll need someone to drop you off at the door. Extremely inefficient for visitors!!
