It is the only place I trust to repair or frame my special photos. They always exceed my expectations. Personal service you dont find anymore. Love the work they do! Maximum super selection of frames plus bargains galore!

Work is, of course, exemplary, but need to address communication issues. Could not get clear answers regarding price beforehand, was asked to come in to discuss details with someone not familiar with my requirements, was told details would need to be emailed later before the work could begin, but the price was slightly too steep and I did not do so. I then got a call telling me that my project was ready for pick up. Again, no problem with the work but need to either make rates clear on site or communicate better with prospective customers and between staff.

This place is amazing. I wasnt even ready for how big their selection really is. MIND BLOWING!! -Not to mention that the staff is helpful and friendly- I went there with a need for a Christmas gift I was working on (14 days before X-MAS) and was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman informed me that the frame I had picked would be capable of being ready within a couple days. Even some of the other frames I had pointed out were still only a week out at worst. You can shop online for frames all day long, but it will never allow you to feel the material, get an idea for its strength, and you wont get the chance to interact with wonderful people like I did. I had my daughters baptismal gown framed in a shadow box. It is simply, beautiful. They do excellent embroidery work.
