Just wanted to say you guys are doing such a great job with the place. I went in today with my kids and they absolutely loved it! They especially loved the claw games! Its money well spent:) When claiming tickets, the employee working, Noah (I think thats his name) was super nice! He had a smile on his face and he was eagerly ready to help! He really took the time to make sure that my kids got the prizes they wanted! Im definitely bringing my kids there more often

Hot and not a lot of room. This is not a good first impression. If your staff does not know how to work an AC then what makes him qualified. AC better be on the next time as all we wanted to do was have fun but instead ended up drenched in sweat. Your staff member named Noah is incompetent and told us he was trying to read the manual. Definitely someone not qualified for the job.

The games are really good. Its a little on the pricey side.

Surprisingly good. I would recommend registering your card, especially if your are not a frequent goer and remember the name you register it under (even if its one of your kids). Just an FYI at $300 you qualify for VIP sets) card benefits.

Cool games, but expensive to play. Money is loaded into a card and uses points instead of coins. Almost impossible to spend an even dollar amount.

Tons of Roaches in the water gun game. Prizes are cool but the place is run down, my son won a plush from the claw machine and I wouldnt let him bring it home in case it too had roaches.

Games used to be better, like an actual arcade. Now they just have a bunch of rigged pseudo-gambling machines.

There are two locations within Pearlridge and both are so-so, but options are limited locally. Tilt is comparatively more expensive than a place like Chuck E. Cheese with inexpensive food nearby at both locations (food court). We take our son one day a week and to become VIP, one needs to spend $300 whereas Fun Factory is $30. Games are somewhat sad and stay broken for long periods of time, and are slightly dated. But the Prizes are decent, they are better at the Sears side with more selection! Sears side is much more spacious but the Macys side has a better variety of games. All in all, we still go weekly and enjoy ourselves but expect to spend a decent amount of money.

Our girls love coming here to play games and win prizes. It can get expensive quick though.

Needs better games for younger kids

Every shooting games aim was drastically off. One of the driving games steering wheel didnt work. All that in addition to controls being generally unresponsive/sluggish in every other game we played.

This place Riggs their game when I was about to get a card that was worth about 30 dollars it broke So the worker fixed it then it broke again when it got even closer then he fixed it then after I was less than a inch from Winning it then it broke but right before it broke the same card that was worth about 30 dollars came out of the card dispenser but the worker told me to go to the other machine which really sucks that happens on a different day but that card was worth 80 dollars and the worker said he can’t fix it he lied cause I have had other workers who fixed it before I Am Never Going To Tilt Again.
