Granted we have not been back since before the pandemic but wanted to give them some love. My kids favorite place. Not always my wallets favorite place but worth it for the kids. Cant wait till we can come and enjoy again. Hopefully soon!

This place was great pre coronavirus. If youre concerned about sanitizing and proper wearing of face masks dont come here. Probably 1/3 of people were wearing masks, the rest had none or were pulled down. They advertised in their safety protocols they would have Dedicated staff to sanitize tables & games regularly but I did not see one staff person on the floor, cleaning games or fixing games that were down.

Best Dave and busters around Chicago land area because they still have shuffle board. Huge facility and plenty of space. Staff are friendly and service was great. Will come back again

Food was not good. Almost all was cold and old. Fresh anything anything but fresh. Game room was alright and I would rather go else where if looking for food and games for adults.

I drove 45 mins with my daughter and gf relying on that your information was correct that says you are open for dine in walked in only to find out that only the game room is open

With all the restrictions and regulations going around right now I was absolutely satisfied with everything they had to offer. No food or drinks unless for carry outs but they have so many different unique games, lots of fun prizes. The point cards were extremely well priced. 750 points for 100 dollors is an amazing deal. I would completely recommend taking a visit atleast once. If its this good with out food and beverage and bar services it can only get extremely better with!

Great place, nice and new, usually has a good deal for buying credits through the app. They dont get many new games in and its pricey without a credit deal, but I like this place.

Im only committing on the ribs! They are truly FALL-OFF-THE-BONE! The BBQ sauce is so delicious, the meat comes right off the bone or easily with the fork. Mmm.... mouthwatering. They arent hard to chew at all. Lol

We were there yesterday celebrating my nephew who has down syndrome I want to thank everyone for the excellent job everything was clean and very well organized I also want to thank Tom D for being such a sweetheart those are the kind of employees we love seeing!

If I could rate this a 0 I would.I came out of state to visit family and this was BY FAR the most inappropriate and unprofessional Dave N busters ive ever been to. The Caucasian lady who apparently was the “manager” was working on a Wednesday night at 9pm and refused to serve me my drink DESPITE showing my Texas identification card. I believe I was racial targeted and the entire staff was Caucasian and my family and I were Mexican . I felt like we were being singled out from the second we walked in the Dave n busters. I do not recommend , employees were VERT rude and unprofessional

Dining Room: 2/5 ... Service was very slow. Waitress served our dinners without any silverware, and when we asked for some, she went and waited on another table first. Though its not like the food could get cold, it already was. Dont get me wrong, the food tasted like it probably would have been good when it was warm. Unlimited chicken wings took over a half hour to get more when my guests had finished their first portion. The dining room was not very crowded, so not sure exactly what was going on.Gaming area: 4/5 ... Kids had a great time playing, was relatively clean and the games were not overly crowded like they are in some arcades so was able to move around easily. I only recall seeing one out of order sign in a game, which is impressive for a place that size. Kudos to their techs for keeping the games in good order.Will definitely come back for the games.

My boyfriend went there on a date. It was nice for a change for something to be open. We went in expecting (something I should stop doing) old games and new. We spent 65$ dollars on games so we could do everything. Most of the old games were missing like Dance dance Revolution or they were broken like time crisis II or they were single player due to Coronavirus like time crisis 5. The single player game I get but not both of them needed to be single player because you have booths that are two people. So my bf and go wandering around to find games that we like and we get to the other side of the building and we find pinball machines and a knock off DDR what have the opposite buttons on the pad, hard pass. But we did hit up the pinball machines for a while, then an employee informed us that we need wrist bands for an extra 10$ a piece out total coming to 85$So I asked do you have DDR? She said yes and showed me, I got so excited, then she said well its not exactly DDR and showed me the game that had the opposite buttons on the pad. Hard eye roll. We said its not worth it. My bf and I played some Zombie game all 4 levels because everything else was a console game we had at home. Luigis haunted mansion the controllers were broken. Time crisis II the left screen was busted. A lot of games were broken those are just two examples.The back bar was closed and there was a make up football game going on. My boyfriend felt bad because we had driven from Seneca into the city which is right around an hour to play games and have fun but the football game was better.So in short of it make all your games available, and fix them.

Awesome place to go on a Friday night out. decent prices and always a fun time.

Just finished our company holiday party at D&B Addison. It went perfectly. Big shout out to Jillian for the million questions I had leading up to the night, Ryan for the night of, making sure everything was what Jillian and I spoke about and Rob and Angie the servers for making sure everyone had everything they needed all night. Food was delicious. Everyone at the party couldnt stop talking about how great everything was. More than I could have asked for. Thank you!!!

Im not much of a sports bar afficionado. The screens were incredibly large and high definition. Food was good. Struck me as odd that the median age in the arcade at 6p Saturday night is about 9 years old. I had been hearing for years what an amazing place a Dave and Busters location was from various city-dwelling friends. So I decided to give it a try. I guess its one of the few places one can find arcade games nowadays. I was a teenager in the 80s, so I have some depth with Arcade games. I was astonished how expensive these arcade games were. Since this was my first visit to any Dave and Busters, ever, and the closest location to me is over 60 miles away, Im not sure Ill be back soon.

My kids loved it!!! Our first time ever and was not disappointed....theres games for all ages and the birthday loved the VR experience the most.Cant wait to go back again!

My first time here was for a birthday party on Saturday. They do not take reservations, I called about 2 hours before we wanted to meet there and they said there was a 2 hour wait. We went a little early to get our name in for a table and ended up getting a table sooner than the hostess had said so it worked out nice. You give your phone number and can go play games or do whatever you want until they call/text you. I feel like the games are priced very well, they could have a few more racing games. Our server was great and for the price we got a decent amount of food. I will be going back.

Had a buddies bachelor party here. Food was great, beer was good, and the guys had a blast playing all sorts of games. Best part of the night was when a few trucker friends were racing. They were on top of the world.

1/2 price games Wednesday which includes ticketed games is a great deal! Took my little guy we were there for over 2 hours on a $56 power card! I did not order any food on this visit but for a game place the food is really good better than Gameworks. DB does lack good customer service! Overall I will come back only during the week since the weekends are really crowded!

The Addison Il Dave & Busters is the one I go to the most, not as over crowded like the Rosemont Il location & they have everything you may want! Love the food & the games plus the staff are very kind & polite!

The food and service was horrible. We had the so called alfredo and it was awful. Waited more than 15 minutes to get our drink or food order take. All around bad experience.

Me and my mom went there well there was not a lot of people but it was fun I like the zombie game try it and see how you like if I had to rate it 5/5

The place smelled a little funny in the dining area and the booths are clearly made for giants. The waitress was great though and thankfully that smell didnt consume the arcade area too. Everyone had a great time so it was a good experience overall.

I love this place. My kids are really really fond of this place as well. The food Here is really really good. Only drawback i find is, the restaurant is always crowded and the you need to plan ahead for food. Th good part of that is you will get automatic message when ur seat is ready , so you do not have to wait there.

I prefer this venue very much. It has a nice mood. The cuisine is splendid. the service is powerful and the team is courteous. The pay is fair. I definitely recommend.

Fun, lots of games, food was blah, beer selection was blah, and funny thing was that the kids prizes were almost cleaned out. Not a great experience for the kids.

Our group was seated. We ordered drinks. Waitress came back and we ordered apps and dinners. Apps showed up after 30 minutes and before the drinks. Not all drinks showed up. Then at least 30 minutes later half the dinners showed up. A couple were incorrect. After the food that did show up was eaten a couple more meals showed up. Meanwhile the empty glasses and app plates were still on the table because we were ignored after the first screw up. Finally all of the meals showed up. Some cold. The manager came over to address the issue and he asked if he could get us a round of drinks. Those drinks were on the bill by the way. The manager did give us a $25 discount which didnt even cover the round of drinks we assumed he was buying us. At the end of the meal every single empty glass or plate was still on the table. It was a complete clown show. It wasnt even busy at the time we were there.The games are mostly mindless. Just hit a button as fast as you can. Do yourself a favor and go to Game Works or stab yourself in the eye with a pencil if you want a better experience.

Thanks to my Google Maps GPS, I had very little trouble finding this place, even though it was nestled in a suburb that I was unfamiliar with.We got there just as they were opening, so seating was not a problem, our waitress was not as attentive as I would have liked seeing as how there were no other customers in her section. Im very easy to keep happy, as long as my glass never gets empty.The food itself was great! if you have never ordered the pizza from the appetizer menu I would highly suggest it. It was the highlight of our whole meal.

We have been to the Dave and Busters’s in NY NY and this one. Both times we’ve been impressed with the food!This is a great place for taking your family, or for a casual date. The games were overall in Great shape.The gaming cost does quickly add up for a family - we have 4 kiddos.One of the games - shooting corks seemed overly difficult. I spent far to much tryout to win a unicorn for my daughter. I hit the last remaining target dead on and it didn’t budge. 30 mins later I watched someone else try to get the last target and it still didn’t drop.The “Rockem, Sockem” game was really cool to see, but we were disappointed the heads don’t actually pop.Over all a great experience. My kids will remember it for awhile.

The wife and I just went to play games. The prices were very reasonable and a good choice of games all around. Spent about an hour there but felt like we were there longer. If you want to kill some time and have fun playing games i would reccomend going here.

This place is great fun, whether it be for a date night, family night, birthdays, or just hang outs... This place is where it is at. I love this location most of all. They change it up often enough that it always feels fresh while still having all your favorite games!

Normally a great place for me and my 5yr old daughter, past 3 times games all out of order. Also entire prize room empty and service was horrible through the entire place.

Good game selection. Plenty of games so never a long wait. Big restaurant and bar area for food and drinks. Kind of pricey so I recommend getting deals online.

Had lunch meeting. Got there at noon on a Wed. We were the only customers in restaurant area. Good food, reasonable prices. Good service. A bit loud for a meeting, but not so much as we couldnt easily talk and it was not a problem.

Always a fun time! Power hour is a wonderful special with unlimited blue games. A couple games were out of service, but overall, super fun!

Boring games, overpriced mediocre food. Our waiter was nice. Its so overcrowded. Game selection was not what I wanted.

The dining room was empty when we arrived. Its a nice area, we were going to eat and then we were going to play some games. We settled on an appetizer and some drinks. The drinks were pretty but didnt pack any punch. The chicken quesadillas were the best part of the appetizer sampler. After we filled up on the sampler there was no room for anything else and it pretty much made us tired so we ended our night. I went to the bathroom which was a mess and there was no hot water coming out of the faucet. I hope the staff has another bathroom that has hot water to wash their hands.

The games were good and the employees were nice. The bathroom was also clean but need to check the garbage every now and then. There were some used paper towels on the floor. I didnt order any food or drinks. So I cant comment on that. The prize room could be better. They seemed to be out of some things and low on other things.

Kids love this place! Service was great, management made up for kitchen mistake, and drinks were good! We will be back again and again. We also had my 8yo boys bday here and it was run perfectly!

Adult and kid fun! Delicious food! They even made a side of bacon just for us...it wasnt on the menu miss getting the tickets...now its just all on the card. Some of the fun was getting the tickets...but it does save paper. Great deals on different days.

Always a good time at Dave & Busters. Place where family and friends can connect have good food and play great games. Thursday nights are nights that are very light and they have deals that you would not believe. The server we had was the best. Go for the fun stay for the good times that you will have with friends and family. Thursday night is all you can eat wings plus all you can play for only $20. Guys this is cheap date time. Drinks are moderately priced but come packed with a punch. Beer is always cold so are the soft drinks. A place with a great family atmosphere they can be shared with friends.

Just like the other reviews, the restaurant is terrible. We waited for our food and the server kept telling us it wasnt up yet. Then she brings it out and every single meal was cold. How is that possible? Definitely need new management of the restaurant.

I usually like Dave and Busters but definitely dont go on a Wednesday during the day if youre an adult and not a super huge fan of a ton of kids. Its half priced Wednesday, we actually went New Years thinking not many people would be there, very wrong. Extremely crowded and around half the games were out of order.Weve run into quite a bit of games not working I at least get one credit because I report them every time I go. The food last time was not the best and overall over priced in food and games.I went to PAC Man at Woodfield mall today and the bowling and food surpassed Dave and Busters for me by far.

Dont get the chicken Alfredo pasta its lacking in taste. Chicken + reg chorizo nachos are decent but a little poor on toppings. Play area is great but if the food if its not good dont serve it. Please.

We were having family fun night and it was fun until it was time to pick prizes from the tickets we won until Anthony says to me he doesn’t know how to use the virtual card because it’s a new app.. but he fell short when he told me to go get a manager.. you need the help to understand the new app by your company not me! Like how dare you fix your lips to tell me to get someone.. Our waitress was wonderful ️

This place is awesome! A bit pricey but worth it, my kids that range from 7-15 all had a blast, even my wife, mother in law and myself had a lot of fun. The place was clean, not over crowded and to top it off the food was fantastic. Definitely worth a stop!

Slow service and I really mean slow service!, mediocre food at best! 15 minutes minimum wait time for server to get us our drinks so we learned from couple sitting next to us to order 2 drinks each at a time. If in the future I ever feel the need to throw away 160 dollars for 4 of us( my wife and another couple) on food, games and drinks I will buy a brown bag bottle from the liquor store and go to Chuck E. Cheese.

We went as soon as they opened and had quick service, food was great (everyone was happy with their meals) and we had a blast with the games. Would have given 5 stars but some of the games didnt work, then some were missing pieces required to play (so they would take your credits but then you couldnt play), and the card readers were iffy on whether or not they were going to work.

Came here with my cousins and brother and sister in law and had a great time! Only thing I didn’t like is that the bartender didn’t accept my sis in laws Chicago ID as identification. I think because they’ve never seen it before

Ranking based solely on going there to play games. We havent eaten there but we love all the games. Didnt seem far to rate higher or lower since we havent experienced all of it.

There celebrating my sons and his best friends birthdays in a private party. The food was buffet style. Creamy cauliflower was exceptional. Tortilla beef was tender and delicious.

Nice fun place. Pretty busy but not too bad. Most machines were in good working order. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Around 2pm. It wasnt too crazy.

Came in to celebrate a small sweet 16 birthday for my daughter and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a wonderful experience.

Restaurant service too slow. People who arrived after us were given their drinks first. The waitress also didnt mention the deals on tokens if we ordered food. We only knew after we ate, and the staff didnt attempt to correct their mistake.

We celebrated our one year anniversary, and Im pregnant so this was a great option for us to both have fun, the food was delicious server was awesome! The games were fun! We may just be coming back every year!

I wasn’t very happy with the restaurant service. There was no host to seat us for 15 minutes and then told us we had to wait 25-30 min for our table. We noticed a few big tables available but didn’t question it. Once they called us back we were seated at one of those tables. We were confused as to why we weren’t just seated there 30 min ago. Our waitress never came back to offer us refills and our food took forever to come out and it was cold.

Had fun but lots of the games were not working. Try the VR attraction, its great!

Its a fun place with a really cool bar staff. The food was really good as well. A great place to watch the UFC fights.

This one has gotten a lot better but i have to say the staff seems like they are flogged in the back or something I understand not putting all your heart into a job but good customer service equals good tips.

Went for the first time with some friends and her kids. We had a find someone to get seated. I was excited they had the Impossible Burger on the menu since I am a vegetarian. They had a special if you picked some certain things off the menu you got some extra tokens for a set price. There was only thing on the menu that I could chose from to qualify for the special which was the Impossible Burger. It was 12 in the afternoon and they were out. The waitress did not bother to see if she could get me the same offer if I ordered something else I had to ask to have a manager sent over. Which he did after having to go into a long explanation about how it wasnt my fault they were out of the only thing I could eat. I thought it was overpriced. It was just my son and I. I ended up getting an appetizer he got 3 mini burgers and fries water and I got a drink. We also paid for upgrade to get more tokens on the card. It came to over $50.

Omg on Thursday they have $3 drinks we were drinking all night and the games are awesome not to many kids during the week days fun fun fun

I would not recommend eating there. Go somewhere first or eat after visiting. It took 2 hours to get our food. My ribs had almost no meat on them, and were burnt. The staff members were decent. We met some real nice people. Others seemed like the had something better to do. The games were great! Some were out of order which was disappointing. If you want to really enjoy playing expect paying at least 30 dollars. I recommend 50 dollars. After all that if you have extra cash it is a fun place to play games.

Big and roomy for the whole family... but it lacks on their prizes when traded in tickets really need to be stocked well and labeled better

My boyfriend and I LOVE star trek and we were so excited that D&B had a star trek coin pusher! We played for hours. Our server (I think her name was Katrina or Katarina was super friendly and helpful, we loved her) and the guy working the Prizes area around 9:30 (didnt catch his name) was also so nice and made our night! Such a great first experience. We had a blast!

We had a great experience. Be advised: it is not a cheap outing. However, the food was great, the games all worked fine, the kids drinks were good, the adult drinks were strong, the staff are plentiful and professional. On Friday and Saturday before 5pm, they offer a pack with food and a play card. Do it. $30 got me a huge, perfectly cooked cut of salmon and a $20 game card. Over all, our group of 8 had a fun evening.

Been taking my 6 year old here for a few years, most of the games are great for his age. Ken is the best employee they have.

Good food but twice during the night the card system went down so none of the games were able to be played.

The server ruined the whole experience for our family. We were a party of eight, but only seven meals arrived at our table. After 20 minutes, we were still waiting for one person to get their order. I asked the server what was going on and if we were ever going to get the meal. He said the kitchen was a mess, someone else must’ve taken the order. He said he couldn’t worry about one person’s meal because he had seven other tables to worry about. No real apology on his part, just lots of complaining about his job and the bad working conditions.

Me and my friends went there for the NFL opener Bears vs Packers. The place wasnt that busy took a long time just to get soft drinks food came out slow. We ordered the chicken wings which is a good deal with the $10 play card 20 bucks for all you can eat wings. Its been awhile since Ive been there they have changed the menu a bit they need more appetizers on there

Over priced and numerous games didnt work. 13 dollars for a drink is highway robbery. Lower your drinks to 9 dollars and fix your games and we would come back. Over all we give it a 7 out of a 10 but a few adjustments and it could easily be a 9 or 10.
