Its super fun, love all the unique circus skills they teach. Teachers are friendly and nice. My only complaint is that there needs to be intermediate level classes. If your not a beginner but not advanced you end up re learning a lot of things over and over. And for how much you pay for a class I wish you learn more each time. I feel like classes are too much for the group atmosphere.

Stephanie was PHENOMENAL! She was so sweet and and is an amazing instructor. We had a private lesson. I had never done something like this before. I had so much fun. I did things I had no idea I could do. She was so encouraging. For those of you looking for a workout, this will absolutely do. This is a must-do if you live in the area or even are visiting.

Had a really great experience here. The instructors were very helpful and encouraging as we navigated through the silk class. The classes were small enough to get individualized instruction and we will definitely return soon!

Small quaint gym, but I LOVE that about it because its so much more personal. My friends and I found a groupon to take the adults beginner silks class and it was definitely worth it!
