Great place, due to the pandemic it was empty and super clean, it was a birthday gathering and we basically had the entire place to ourselves, no lines, no wait is the best thing ever.. they had the helmets cleaned and disinfected, the go carts were clean and really fast. The staff was on high alert about the safety and incidents (if any on the track) my party had an amazing time racing each other. The Le Mans Endurance package was nice and well worth the price, the final race we got 1st 2nd 3rd place trophies which was pretty cool. we all had a great time and most definitely we will be back.

I like this place but if u make a reservation U BETTER BE ON TIME!! IN TRUE. LACK FOLKS FORM!! HALF OF MY PARTY WAS LATE AS HELL. but they did their best to get us in there. We had a amazing time omg those little cars go so fast too!!! We did 2 races and the price wasnt bad. Make sure to make a reservation because there is no walk in service due to this dang covid!!! Food is good a little pricey but Heyyyy! Covid over priced everything!! Either way definitely a great place to bring kids my sons enjoyed every moment!!!

What an experience!Went for a non-contact birthday gathering on a Saturday afternoon and I can tell you that the place was not full... which is great in this day and time of COVID.The people at the front desk were super helpful when answering questions and when it came down to the actual races, the staff was great as well.The helmets and cars were wiped down after every race and with your paid admission, you received a head wrap that you can put on before putting on the helmet.The whole process process - from registering to the actual race - was amazing. I couldnt have acmsked for a more excellent experience for not only myself but for my family as well.Looking forward to going back to take my husband and 10 year old daughter. Its something that I truly enjoyed doing with the family!

Very organized it was a good experience. We had a group of 8 for my sons b day. We had the track to ourselves great first time experience. Staff was informative & helpful. We even got trophies at the end.

Awesome activity for a group outing. Boys night out was a blast! Things got competitive with my group and people were really trying to win!

This is a good time worth the admission. The only part I didnt like was them having a bar in the facility and not wanting you to drink. The game room was cool equipped with pool tables and basketball games. The best part was what we came for and that was the racing. I will admit my first impression was this looks slow, but when you get behind the wheel you can feel the wind hit you. Something fun to do. I recommend this place for family and friends.

Karting was fun, sanitation wasn’t. Watched the video prior to on the practices to be expected. Not once did I see anything wiped down. Helmets in constant rotation the only thing they did was tell a few of the customers to place their helmet next to a fan and the rest just kept placing them back in rotation. I saw 1 helmet sprayed with Lysol the entire time I was there. The free gloves were no where to be seen. Behind counters. Instead of on tables accessible for to the customers, same thing with the sanitizer. We kept having to reach over the counter for sanitizer as if I was stealing sanitizer. We are unfortunately taking a test now to be safe. This place shouldn’t be open. Don’t go here.

This place was super fun to go and hang out at. However-- bear in mind that they do not clean the actual Go Karts every time someone uses them. This is fine for me but I know its a deal breaker for some! Other than that, go here with friends/family, its super fun.

Great time for young and old, I was surprised how fast they went. Also that they separated the real young kids from the adults.Kids loved it!!!

Terrible 1st time. Waited in long line for over 20min only to be told that everyone must register before purchasing passes. You are then advised to go register on computers they have set up then wait in line AGAIN. Our party of 6 wasnt even given opportunity to race together. We had to race at different times with strangers. While waiting ordered food and it was okay. However our race was about 15min later than scheduled time. Very unorganized. This business needs to be restructured to actually appease the customers. I would never go there again.

Amazing place for a party. Go-Karts and whirlyball makes for a really fun day. The track is fun and allows for multiple races without waiting too long. Afterwards you can enjoy food and drinks, including beer at their in house dining.

They take COVID protection and cleaning very serious. Great place to go with a group of family or friends. Plus they have really good wings.

The smell of kart rubber faintly hits your nose as you enter, and you know youre in for exhilaration. This place does not disappoint in its attempt at taking you away from the abode of your car and strapping you into a fine machine capable of stretching the limits of G-forces. You view the tracks as racers handle corners like pro drivers, but alas one driver spins out and castes his head in shame as he could not tame the beast. Now it is your turn. You put on the helmet as anxiety flushes you arteries and you see the steed you will attempt to control. You strap in and the beast roars to life. You look at your competitors knowing that the years of playing Forza and Need for Speed have led to this moment. You slowly get out of the gate and then youre off...realizing you have met your match with the kart. Blowing through straights, you get to a corner and turn with all your strength as the tries scream from all sides as you quickly dart through the curves like a leopard chasing a gazelle. You have caught up to your first opponent but cant seem to pass them as the willfully try to hold their position. But through a straight you fly past while pushing the limits of yourself thinking if youre not speeding then youre not living. Suddenly you hear a screech and then a thud as a fellow racer and imbecile has crashed due to their poor driving skills. Before you know it you have mastered the track as the race continues while training your cart like a german shepherd with his 52 year old master. Then the checkered flag waves and you are eager to see your standings but then are filled with sadness as the track was simply too short and you wish you could have one more hour with your new toy. As you reach the stopping point you gingerly detach yourself from the kart realizing walking has become too slow and life in the fast lane has consumed you. You walk out with your lap times and reach the parking lot with flashbacks of a time in another dimension.

Ive been trying to get my friends to come here for nearly a year. I finally convinced everyone to do it. Cant make a reservation because our party wasnt big enough, so we had to walk in. Get there at 2:30 and we wont be able to drive for another 3 hours. Unbelievable waste of time. At least let us make a reservation ahead of time.

I think the track at this place is a little small, they should eliminate a couple of conference rooms and expand the track. I was there for a small conference and thought that while the concept is good, the place fell a little short on delivering lots of fun and entertainment. The bar was also kind of small for the size of the place. Their beers are expensive, and they dont carry any microbrewery products here. If you want to have a private party, they do have plenty of private rooms. The go cart races look fun, and they seemed exciting. I guess I have to come back another day to see if its more fun on the weekends, because the place was a ghost town while I was there during the week.

The karts work great, the track is well designed, and the staff is very cool and nice. They are following very good sanitation practices by giving everyone their own brand new helmet sock and taking helmets out of rotation after every use to be sanitized. They also have hand sanitizer readily available.

Had a great time. Lines were unnecessarily long, but it was a fun time. Staff need to work on their service. They were a bit short, but the establishment was great.

This was my first time racing Go Karts and I loved it. We had a big group work event and it was awesome having organized races against each other.They will email you your stats if you provide it at the beginning (which I didnt) or provide you a printout summary at the end.Would go again on my own or with a team.

My 9yo has recently gotten the bug to race karts. This place has been excellent to give him a small taste of kart racing without having to travel hours pulling a trailer to put a kart on asphalt just to see if he likes it...We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a few hours of fun for a semi-reasonable rate - happy karting! Ive always wanted to go to K1 speed to see what its like to race Mario kart style.

This is a great place for a group, a family outing or just to go have fun. Run 13-15 laps on 2 different tracks with fast and safe carts that will thrill you. My 11yr old and I bought 5 races each (one race simply isn’t enough) and loved it. He was easily able to handle the speed and tracks. Other similar carting facilities in the area have a 13yr old limit for the bigger cars but not here. He would have been too big for their Jr cars which were very good as well

Was here before flu season, really miss it used to come with the fam for racing and basketball.

Racing turns and stretches- stuck behind a young lady who never pulled over in spite of several flags waved in front of her to pull over. Pay for a bit of Road Rage for a mere $22.00 if you dont have that enough!

This place is a great time to go with friends. they are a little expensive but its worth it!

Ive been here several times, never had a problem until today. Never needed a membership until today when I was forced to buy a membership in order to race. My daughter and I waited close to 4 hours to race. It wasnt even that busy, the partys take presidents over single riders. While waiting their game room has half of their games operational. One of the pool tables I fixed by the way, youre welcome!

This place was a blast lots of fun. The gocarts are quick and electric so full speed once you hit the pedal no waiting for the car to get to speed. You are racing for lap best time not position.

Lets speed! Fun time but Id advise going with a small group. We had to be split in half and then there was a lot of waiting around. Prices are a little on the high side, but not unreasonable.

I told explained I had a valid medical condition and they refused my money, go f your self tbh... I spent so much money at so many places and this place charging what they do id assume they had a little respect... obvsly none. Taking my business else where

Karts were fun. Did 3 races, both first ones went very well and were a lot of fun, last race some people didnt follow the rules and didnt let people pass so was a little frustrating. The staff did what they could but unfortunately you have to rely on the other racers to comply, which made it a bit frustrating. Not the fault of the facility though, everything about their staff and setup was great.

This place has by far the best karts in the area! Staff if incredibly nice and helpful. Love the pizza also! Would definitely recommend this facility for newbies and experienced racers!Cant wait to go back!

These carts are pretty fast for an indoor track. Tons of stuff to do here. While you wait for your races theres food , a little arcade , billiards , and watching the other races.I purchased the 3 races and after each race they give you a print out of your lap times. You race for 15 laps and your having too much fun to even know which lap your on until that white flag drops

A bit pricey but such a fantastic experience! Fast battery operated karts. Great arcade-lounge area.

Nice small track with great facilities. It has bar, comfortable seats and chilling areas. I would recommend it for parties. It would be perfect for beginners as well as for experienced kart drivers.Keep in mind that it has electric karts, not gas ones. It doesnt smell, but gas pedal is like a button on my taste.

Good environment friendly staff but if you are into racing not the best place. There is so much difference between the cars that when my son was going flat out the faster car behind him hit so hard that I was worried somebody was going to get injured. Cars are definitely not equal on the junior side and we wont be back. Kids felt cheated when we left and not just my kids.

Enjoyed my time at K1 speed, the carts were fast and fun, the only problem was we ended up with a group of 6 or 7 guys who were extremely rowdy. They kept bumping our carts, spun out my friend over four different times and nobody who was running the track did anything to stop them. It made me very upset that this Christmas gift I received ended up getting me and my friend hurt.

Took my 10 year old niece and my 8 year old nephew and we had a blast! They loved it - the equipment was well maintained and clean and the place was generally well run. The only caveats I have are these; it would have been helpful to know that I had to fill in a waiver for each child before I got there so that I could have taken care of it online (maybe you can, i may have missed it) and the cost is pretty steep (2 races for two kids cost 76) which for about an hour and a half’s entertainment is not something many will be able to afford. I’d love to see a kids pricing structure which made it more affordable; we’d certainly go more often.

This was a blast! Went here with a bachelor party and boy was it a competition. Each lap around the track is recorded and you get to see your quickest lap at the end to see where you rank. We did 2 races each and the more you drive and get used to the go kart, the faster you can get your laps. Im headed back to the chicago area in November and am hoping to swing by here to have another go!

You have got to try this experience it was out of this world. I love the race cars they even give you a helmet to put on and brief you on safety. Each race is 16 laps we did two races I felt like a kid again watching Speed Racer on TV. I kept singing go speed Racer, Go Speed Racer go. We went there early before the crowds I think thats a good idea its a very busy place but so much fun! You have got to do this!

Good racing, big facility, they have some game machines for when your done. Overall good experience, only bad thing is the cars speed is set, they either go fast or stop.

Cars are electric. Speeds are centrally controlled and restricted for safety purposes. The race tracks are definitely fun to drive on!

I felt this track was slightly smaller than the one in buffalo grove but it was fun never the less. I wish they were open a little later with no kids allowed. The track is fun and challenging enough.

This place would get 5 stars if they would let you use your gopro! Ive been to a lot of places where you can do so. Its sad that its not allowed. Other than that the place is good the food is ok and the staff is friendly!

Place looked awesome! Sadly I couldnt enjoy it because of a knee surgery, but it looked like a ton of fun.

K1 speed is a decent place, but nothing special. The pros are that the staff is very well trained and super attentive! On the flip side, the two race tracks they have are not really all that exciting, and it is a rather pricy activity. Think twice before you go!

Fun place for some competitive go karting.It is an easy registration step, video for quick training, safety, and equipment.Warm up lap is given for every race.Usually a 14 lap race. Try to get a race with your equally skilled racers.Also, try to go for the fastest lap.Have fun trying.

Car I was driving wobbled on one side but they didnt believe me. Pretty intense racing. Pretty good food. Not enough to do while waiting for race time. There are Jr racing options and there are adult options, the between them is vast.

They should have had more laps or lower prices, 3 laps for 2 people is over $100. But other than that, its a great place to go and fun for all.

I was here with a large group & we had a 3 race tournament, staff was courteous, cars were clean and the track was well kept. We had drinks afterwards and like most bars the cola, gingerale and sparkling water was a disappointment but full marks for the fun activity. Will come back with my son

Went here for a consent l company event. For those using the conference rooms check that they have sorted out the issues with the projectors. Our group had too first switch rooms and the move to the other side of a second one to find a projector that kept working long enough. That said, the staff were incredibly professional and helpful about getting, and keeping, us up and going. For the racing, a lot more fun than I thought it was. Try it at least once; you might find yourself coming back for more!

This was a super fun place to go. I never went go-karting with that fast of karts before and it was very fun. The staff is super friendly as well.

Amazing place for kids 48 and up

The track staff and the racing is awesome. Gave it less stars because the food was not very good and the waitress dropped off the food and never came back to refill drinks or to see how the food was. We had to search for someone to get our check at the end of the meal and sadly there were only 4 other people having lunch. The other people were frustrated also with the food service.

Fun but quick and expensive, average $25 for a 10 minute race. You can buy alcohol but $6 for one domestic......probably why nobody was at the bar lol

This is a very fun place for the young and young st heart. There are Adult and Junior carts. If you bring a child and they are on the Juniors, note that people large enough for the Adult carts cant ride thr juniors, and cart types arent mixed for races, so you will NOT be racing together. I havent raced yet myself, but my 7 year old LOVED it. Also, you are REQUIRED to purchase a membership (good for 1 year) to race. It does have perks like being able to track race times and things like that, and presumably they can be used at any K1 location. Looking forward to a friends night out there.

Really fun my only con is younger kids even if they fit the height requirements shouldnt race with adults unless theyre in a group together

Super fun and good bargain also. 58 for 3 races?;!?! Loved every minute. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful . 20/10 would go again
