The boats/equipment we rented were in good shape. It was fairly easy to get out on the water and then turn stuff in. I wish the check-in process was a little more streamlined. It seemed like everybody for our time slot got there at the same time and we all stood around in a big group for a while until we got called. A little staggering might be nice, but Ive experienced worse.

Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. The staff here are great. I highly recommend this place the have a very large variety of boats to rent.

So, my family came down from upstate New York state and my brother booked a boat for 4 hours with our entire family, including my sisters family, my brothers family and ours. Packed up water, soda and sandwiches for the family, we swam, looked at scenery and tried to fish (unsuccessfully)and we had such a great time. The water was warm and we caught no fish, of course. If we come back to Georgia it would be great to return. Awesome day.

July 24, 2020. Annual boating trip with the kids and renting here was great as usual. Was told during the boat checkout that, due to changing insurance carriers, we were now REQUIRED to look at a gruesome picture of a foot injury that resulted from contact with a spinning propeller. When I rent a car from Avis they dont show me pictures of car crashes so why do I need to look at a severed foot in order to rent a boat? I get that they are trying to send a message of the dangers of the propeller, but do I really need to see a severed foot to understand the risks? Seems like way too much and it was a really weird way to start my day on the lake.

Want to give someone a luxurious surprise party or plan a get out for a day... This is the place for you. The price is very reasonable. Process was smooth and friendly. Great service. Awesome location. In short a must must go place.

The staff was courteous from start to finish. There were additional signs in place to indicate extra parking due to the busy weekend. The boat itself was clean and decently maintained. The only real complaint would be an absolutely inadequate anchor and some confusion with the return process.

Great fun on the boat. Make sure and take the boater test before you get there. And plan for time to check in etc so you can maximize your time.on the boat.

For the money spent for 4 hours on the lake it honestly was not worth it. The boats are out dated and litterly falling apart. We had two safety doors completely fall apart 30 minutes into our trip. And with 6 little kids on board that did not make a fun trip for the adults. Saftey first guys! Its 2020 and with the prices the way they are and the boats not up to par with cleanliness and maintenance i dont think I will be venturing back

Ive been here multiple times over the past few years and the kids that work here always seem confused with how things work. Its a good place overall with decent prices and my preference when renting water vehicles.

Organized check in and check out process.Get there at least 30 minutes before you check in time bc there are so many people and parking is a huge issue on the weekends in the summer.Good location and there is a little shop in case you forget anything.I would rent from here again!

I’m usually not the person to be writing bad reviews, but we booked a boat on Friday May 29 for June 6th (a week in advanced). I received a phone call June 5th explaining our boat reservation is canceled due to a wrecked boat and that there were no other boats available for that weekend. Our options were to get a full refund or book a new boat for a different day. Initially we tried to reserve a new boat but the available day would be a month later. They did not try to accommodate us for the inconvenience. We’re sad to take our business elsewhere.

Slow service, lake literally stinks in some parts to the point it had diverse insects flying above some of the worse smelling parts.

Friendly, efficient staff who helped propel our adventures in the waters of Lake Alatoona. Their equipment and rentals were of top quality, even amongst issues, compensation was fair and substantial. I would recommend this rental agency to anyone journeying throughout Red Top Mountain.

Fun day until we lost our glasses!

We had a great time but after paying as much as we did for the boat it was disappointing that the vast majority of the features including air conditioning refrigerator and microwave did not work.

We rented a boat, we cruised on the water, saw the dam, ate good food that we brought, saw other boats that I wanted to rent, loved the beautiful day and will be going back!

Left an inflatable lounger on the dock near the boat we rented. Called the front desk maybe an hour after we took off and they said they couldnt find it. Seems like this dock has a high theft issue. If anyone has found it while renting here please let me know: [email protected]

We rented a 25 Suncatcher, and 2 person tube from Paradise. Id checked out 2 other places and Paradise had the best rates. The rental process was easy. I rented the boat online, watched a safety video, and took my captains test prior to arriving at the marina on the day of pick up. We arrived early to sign the rental agreement and review the boat and equipment, similar to when you rent a car. The day on the lake went just as Id hoped for... Awesome! We returned the boat at our scheduled time, and there was a short wait, getting it checked in... they refueled the boat and charged for the fuel cost, about $24. I would definately rent from them again.

Great service, quick, friendly. They even informed us of an online promotion to get the best price. Rented 25ft pontoon boat. Newer boat everything worked. Gave map of areas, went over entire boat in detail. Highly recommend. Check in and out was smooth.

My family and I had a very enjoyable time on the lake. The whole process was very easy and one of the employees, Logan, was especially helpful and friendly. We will rent again and are looking forward to making many memories as a family at Lake Allatoona!

What an easy and fun experience

Everyone was very friendly but professional. We got to the dock and very quickly they got us checked in. We were guided to the boat where we were given the final instructions and checked out with the boat. I have rented here before but the refresher was good. The boat seemed almost new. It was clean and the only damage was a nick in the propeller from a previous renter. We went out and had fun on the water, we also rented a double tube which the boys loved. Coming back and checking in was just as easy as leaving. All in all it was a great day on the water and Paradise was a big reason for that fun.

Decent boat rental place. They have new boats this year, a bit nicer than the 2015s before. For some reason the horns on the boat dont work an I wasnt given an air horn.

Worst experience with management. Our boat broke. We wasted 1 h in repairs and storm came afterwards. I wasnt refunded . I was given 2h rental towards another rental that will cost me more $. They refuse to accept voucher on weekends and I cant any other time. Not recommended at all.

I do not k ow of the group is good. We were out on allatoona and saw one of the groups I their rentals dumping trash over the side and driving dangerously. We called their office to file a complaint. They said they would take care of it. Thank you for helping to keep lake allatoona clean. Please remember to boat safely and respect others on the waters!

Great place to rent a ski boat or pontoon. Prices are reasonable and watercraft are well kept.

My second time using them and Ill definitely have a third! We had 16 people on a two story party boat with a slide and fridge. Everything worked great. My family loves the lake and Paradise is located in the perfect spot to enjoy a great day. Customer service is great and staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Good boats. The 20 deck boat we rented was new and in good condition. It wasnt sporty or overly powerful, but it meet my expectations as a rental and was plenty sufficient for water sports.I recommend using one of their coupons that you can find in mailers, etc and going during the week.I marked four stars instead of five because the steering on the boat needed some service or something. It clicked when turning and was kinda jerky.

We LOVE Paradise rental boats. The past 2 years we have rented your party yacht for my birthday and my husband and his triplet brothers birthdays. We rented in September the past 2 years to celebrate national talk like a pirate day. The staff is great, the boat is always clean and Lake Allatoona is beautiful as always. Thank you Paradise! Customer service is great and the boats you can rent are totally awesome. You can rent jet skis, pontoons, speed boats, etc. They also provide gas and snacks in their little shop. However, prices are extrenuous. Its about $4.00 per gallon for gas and rentals range from hundreds to thousands of dollars per hour. I might recommend if youre just looking to have a little boat party or something, but if you plan to be renting more than even 3 times, it will probably be cheaper just to buy a boat.

I had rented a speed boat from paradise rental last week i am very sorry to say that is was not a great esperance. The employees were in a hurry to get to another customer they were not even giving out proper life jacket. I personally asked the employee and he said u all be good. We went to the water and started tubing and we were pulled over by the water patrol police, he gave me a warning but that was not the issue my main concern was my family. god forbids if a mishap had taken place then what would i do. Any way after i got pulled over i wend back to the port. And the employee stated to me oo sorry we will just give u another 30min on water.After all that we had 10 peoples on the boat out of 10 5 were kids. They didnt have any proper life jackets for all passengers on the boat they gave one life jacket and told us to share it i was shocked and amazed. After he mentioned to me that they didnt have any more life jackets. Then thanks god another boat pulled up and then I personally requested to the employee if they are done can we get there jackets please.I am very sorry to say but i was very disappointed i would love to do boating again in but will never do it with paradise rental because of the carelessness.I am going to say this we did had a great time but for me safety is number 1.Thank you and i am very sorry to put a bad review i just dont want this to happen again to anyone and a mishap takes place so wanted to notify the management.And i also told the other 4 adults not to put any bad review i am going to be the only one because i personally dont want to be the one to put total of 5 reviews that are bad.If you go to the paradise boat rental please make sure to tell them to give you the proper life jackets for each person that is on board

Attendants are very helpful and polite. A lot of gas pumps. I would rather a 5 if there was a better selection of carbonated beverages, especially diet... Also should carry a few varieties of wine. The bomb would be a short order kitchen that also does breakfast

We have rented boats from Paradise Rental Boats on Lake Allatoona for the past several years. We always have a great experience and have tons of fun! They are great to work with. Its easy to check-in and check-out is easy too. There is nothing much more fun than spending a day on the lake in a great boat.

Love this place! We have rented boats a couple of times a year for the past 3 years. Nothing more fun to do in the summer. My daughter has had her Birthday Party on the water the last 2 years and we always have a great time. The staff and customer service are excellent. I highly recommend renting from Paradise.

My daughter took us on a boat trip for a Dads Day Out. Everything went smoothly from the safety classes online beforehand and getting the boat all the way to mooring the boat. The employees were all pleasant and helpful. The dock was clean and organized. The boat was exceptionally clean and easy to maneuver. We had a lot of fun and Im sure well be back.

We have shared about 6 rides on a Pontoon Party Boat with the deck and slide. It has a place to lay out your food and plenty of room foe about 8 to 10 people. We have loved it each and every time. Great time for Birthdays and Fathers Day.

We planned my daughters 16th birthday party with a trip out on the water with family and friends. We arrived and used the available carts to load our belongings on the boat. Upon check in, I was issued my boat license from the computer training I had done in advance. I was shown to the pontoon and given detailed instructions after a thorough walk around inspection. We loaded up, got our tow rope and tube, and headed out to pick up our guest. We were loaded up with 10 adults and two teens. The 90hp motor made easy work of pulling the two person tube all over the lake. We stopped once to eat and swim for about an hour or so and and then back to tubing. A full day on the boat, loaded down with guests and used 1/4 tank of fuel! We will definitely use again!

We really enjoy using Paradise Boat Rentals. The service is great. The equipment is clean and in good repair. Especially this year there are a lot of NEW boats in the fleet. We highly recommend Paradise if you want to spend time on the lake.

Very service oriented company. They always take good care of us and the equipment is always in great condition. Honestly, my only complaint is price. After committing to $400+ for a boat for the day, you shouldnt have to drop another $50 to rent a tube.

Well organized operation. Recommend showing up early on weekend for rental check in. Everyone was nice and rental boat as expected, everyone had a blast!

A little disappointed. Rented a deck boat which was higher priced than a pontoon hoping to get more speed when pulling people on the raft. The boat speedometer was not working so we downloaded an app to check it since it seemed really slow. 14 miles per hour was all we got. Also, the raft we rented had handles in very awkward positions and made it hard to get a good grip. We made the best of it, but will think twice about paying a higher price and not getting good quality.

We rent from Paradise every year. We make it a family day and have an absolute blast! The kids look forward to this day every summer. We pack a lunch, rent a tube and skis and make some really great memories. The staff is always super friendly and the boats are always in great shape.

This is my third year renting the party yacht for a large group of friends. A few years we have gone more than once. The staff has always been extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend.

We didnt get to leave till 40 minutes after our time started! We got there early as requested. The girls that worked the desk acted like by being there, they were doing us a favor. The people employed to shuffle the boats in and out were all just sitting at the end of the dock on a boat cutting up. As our time started almost 30 min ago, I started to get a little frustrated and brought it to the staffs attention just to be blown off. As we were departing 40+ minutes after our time started I asked if they could make sure we got 4 hours rental time on the boat as thats what we paid for. The employee replied Im not sure we can do that. At this point I was beyond frustrated as I just listed to their spill about if your 15 minutes late we will charge you $50 every 15 minutes.... So I had to ask. Will you be crediting the time or the $50 per 15 min in my direction? The answer was obviously no and that brought me to my final conclusion. Their time is better and more valuable than yours as the customer. Very frustrating experience!

The first time we rented from Paradise, we had a Groupon. It was a great price and a great experience. We have rented from them multiple times since then and they are always well staffed and courteous. Its a big establishment with a gift shop and plenty of boats.
