I hiked around the back side of NARA park, so Im not too sure about it. I know the hiking trails beside the body of water are nice. The walking path around the water is beautiful, I didnt end up going around it but would have loved to cross the long bridge over the water. I didnt want to disturb anyone without having my mask on so I turned back around with the dogs after snapping a few pictures real quick. I definitely need to return to NARA park because the lazy snapshots I took came out beautiful I can image the other side of the water is just as great.

Always a nice lake beach for swimming and kids play. There is a small fee, but compared to the North Shore beach parking its nothing .Has 3 or 4 huts for shade, a snack stand camp for kids in the summer and its surrounded by a brand new bike path for walking etc...

A very clean, well organized little park with swimming, walking, basketball and volleyball. A great place to take the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. There are covered picnic tables and ample shade, as well as open areas to enjoy the sun. They even have staffed concession centers, rentals, bathrooms and port-a-potties if needed!

We visited at winter solstice. The playground door was open and the kids enjoyed playing, and then we walked the perimeter of the lake. The trail was icy and a little hard to find at the north parking lot, but eventually we did. Lots of people were walking their dogs on the lake trail or the bike path. Some kids were sledding on the hill past the pavilion. We were the only ones using the playground.

Had a really good experience at this venue. Its a really cool place to see a show. Love the vibe, the staff are all very cool , the stage and set up is great! Its kind of in the middle of nowhere, but thats part of the charm. Theyve got a decent amount of parking, and when that fills up they have a field that they start parking cars in. Its a bring your own chair kind of event. The sound was really good. Worth the trip!
