Beautiful theater, great prices, and an amazing experience! The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well! Definitely going back :)

Beautiful historic theater. Twinkling stars and clouds on the ceiling. Amazing venue for second-run movies, Live Theater, and social events.

This Theater has always had such a magical feel to me, especially as a child. I spent half the movie looking up at the moving clouds and twinkling stars on the ceiling! Here’s to 90 more years!!

This is a well kept old theatre. They have done a fantastic job keeping a piece of history well restored for everyone to enjoy. It has a stage for live performances as well as a screen they put movies on. I believe the theatre seats 1100. There are concessions down below in the basement. The bathrooms are on the second floor and were clean and well kept. I would recommend attending something here just to see the theatre.

This place was great, it had a old era feel. It looks like it is a historical theatre, hopefully it stays open forever. We need these kind of things from the past to stay so that other generations can see them and experience them as people have from generations past.

Its beautiful and historic and always pleasant to go see movies there. Its always clean and I wish we still had more theatres like it. Just love it.

Took granddaughter to see Titantic. Tickets on line, less expensive tickets and concession than other theaters. Beautiful interior.

Amazing theater downtown with affordable prices staffed by friendly volunteers who love this local treasure. Any event is worth attending to soak in the beauty of this venue. Every town should be so fortunate to have something of this caliber to call their own. Concessions on bottom level, restrooms on multiple floors, easy street parking for blocks around.

Super fun place to see! I went for a movie, and it had all the grandeur that movie theatets used to have! Curtain rolling up and everything! The seats are comfy, but dated. I wont mark it agains them, though, because that is part of the charm.

The only way to view classic movies. Tonight was The Wizard Of Oz...outstanding experience to see and enjoy this movie. Great to watch young children watch this movie as well.

Beautifully restored classic theater in a downtown area. Floor level and mezzanine seating options. Have attended two different featured events including the nutcracker ballet performance and the 24fps international film festival. Films and performances are shown on a regular basis.

Saw my cousin perform in the newseis Disney musical play, and the theater was amazing the staff were helpful and the concession stand was quick and easy

This landmark of Abilene Downtown is a beautifully restored piece of history and plays a key role in Abilene arts and entertainment. Definitely worth many visits.

Excellent restoration and great venues

A quaint old time theatre. Well renovated and kept up. With an excellent piano player before the movie and during intermission it was delightful entertainment. Not great for the elderly who have trouble with stairs but there is a restroom on the main floor to accommodate those who cant do stairs.

My daughter and I recently visited Paramount to watch the Sound of Music. We both really enjoyed it. She enjoyed it so much she wanted to watch it again!Popcorn and other snacks are reasonably priced, if not INexpensive. The feel of this place is what I keep coming back for. Theyve done an amazing job of keeping the classic feel. We love going, and well be back soon.

I love the old movies they play here, and the atmosphere is like no other. It is a fun place to go for a date night or with a group if friends.

Nicely renovated structure. Terrible sound system. Seats comfy enough tho not nearly as much as movie theaters. Programming so so, focusing on past classics. The annual 24fps short film festival (1st weekend in November) is a pretty good showing of 32 or so 5 to 20 minute films of all types done in 3 sessions (1 on Friday eve, 1 on Saturday afternoon, and 1 Saturday eve).Would be great if they were to show lots of arts films plus many of the thousands of festival films during the year.
