We were disappointed that all the animal feed machines were empty, my niece wanted to feed the animals.. Park was clean, not a lot of people on a Tuesday night so we never waited in line for any ride which was nice. Park is great for kids 12 and under. Lots of playgrounds. Got a ride pass for 17.50 for 10 rides and it was perfect for 2 of us to ride each ride once.

A must have place to go every summer. Families all have a blast at this amazing place! What dont they have??They have bike and walking trails, so many playgrounds, and a nice campgroundbwith many camper spots, cabins and tent spots. There is mini golf, go carts and bumper boats close by with a little lake for swimming. You can rent paddle boats, bikes, and other transportation rigs for kids and adults for water or land! There are also sand volleyball and baseball diamonds for playing outdoor games!Lets not forget Storybook Land is just a short walk away. They have a small zoo and the Land of Oz as well.Like I said, you cant go wrong! Check it out!! We will be back again next year!

Really enjoyed myself during a visit to Aberdeen, SD. There are so many things to do within the park area. Storybook Land is great for the kids and is kept up very well. I believe the upkeep comes from donations so entry into the park is free! Just a short drive within the park area is entertainment such as miniature golf and go karts for a price. Both offered great fun as I was there with other adults. Definitely would return next time if Im ever in Aberdeen, SD.

Lets face it. We are hundreds of miles away from any major attraction. However, what Wylie Park has to offer will paint your photo album nicely. With several outing venues to choose from, you dont have to experience it all in one trip. In fact, its better if you visit more than once. The atmosphere is filled with joy. The setting is rustic and the ambiance can be similar to being at a fair as the summer draws to a close. Do come! Do bring family! Do enjoy!

My dreams of seeing bison on our NW mostly off grid camping trip were diminishing during Covid as were getting set to start heading east and south back into Houston, until we found Wiley Park and campground! Great bicycling/ walking trails, awesome little zoo, super well manicured grounds. The campground has cabin rentals, RV sites are by reservation but they also keep several pull thru sites available on a first come first serve basis which is great when you dont know when or where youll be stopping

Our family has had many reunions for generations. Many special family times have happened here. My children now bring my grandkids here

The coolest park in a 200 mile radius. Something for everyone - especially the kiddos. I highly recommend.

Its a fun little place. The go karts are always a joy. The trampoline set, lazer maze, and bumper boats make it a nice place for an event. The lake is a bit.. dirty? I guess it makes sense since its a lake but Ive seen lakes with clearer water. Nevertheless, its still a fun place to swim and hang around.

Quiet campground while we were there. Stayed in a medium cabin, too small for a family of 6, in our opinion. As we were outside there were no mosquitoes that we noticed. There was also plenty of shade. Theres a new jungle gym that the kiddos loved! Staff was very friendly.

Cool place to take young children. Park wasnt open yet as far as attractions or rides, but still worth the visit. Great exercise too!

Hours of fun. Wasnt to busy while we were there so was very enjoyable as a family especially since the kids did very little standing in line for the go cars!. The goose poo along the beach made it kind of icky but swimming was free and fun for all ages. The bikes were fun, the mini golf was neat and well kept and fun for the while family. Lots to do with the family or as a larger group!

Beautiful grounds that is well kept! We love to have picnics here. Sometimes we rent one of the many picnic shelters if we have a big family gathering. Most of the time though, we can find a small shelter to eat at. There are several playground areas the kids can play at. It is a beautiful place to go on a walk or bike ride at too. I have even fished or swam at the lake there. You can rent all sorts of things for reasonable prices: paddleboats, canoes, tandem bikes, bikes that are low to the ground, and more. There are volleyball pits and Storybook Land and Thunderoad are right there too. Its a popular place to camp, but I have never camped there.

This place has many family memories. Very enjoyable for kids of all ages. Carousel, train rides, roller coaster, the Yellowbrick road.

Great place to camp. . I spent the weekends with most of my adult children and grandchildren trent camping. We enjoyed the multiple play grounds, the beach, Storybook land, mini golf and go carts. There are a few trails to hike and grade top feed. Koko

I went to college in Aberdeen and visited Wylie Park on several occasions. Revisited it this past summer, and it has made numerous improvements. They now have a water park, animals, a wonderful paved walking path, and plenty of parking. There is a small lake with nice beach as well. The campground is still one of my favorites!!!!

What a place! They covered all the characters from child hold fairy tales. Also has a beautiful bike trail.

Free park for kids. Clean. Well kept. Great place. We didnt to the water park or the mini golf or the go carts as we our kids were too young.

Swimming is great at Wylie Park. They do need a changing room and a place to rinse off the sand when youre done swimming also theres quite a bit of seaweed.

Very family oriented. All in all was a great park. They had something for everyone!

So much fun and so much to do! We went on the go carts, bumpwr boats, and the eurojump trampolines then rented a 4 person bike for an hour. It was a blast and the bike rentals are very reasonable and you can ride all over the park for the most part with the exception of inside the Storyland Park. On the weekend you can rent canoes and paddleboats for the lake and swimming area. We also spent some time at Storybook Land. They have 4 rides which you have to pay for, but the park is free to get into which is awesome. The yellow brick road is so cute too follow they the forest to the talking trees and eventually to the witch! Very cute and clean! Also fun to see the small zoo and the petting zoo inside!

Wylie is historic and a lot of fun for different ages. It is a staple of Aberdeen South Dakota and a must-see if you come here. There are so many different things to do and see here from swimming to bumper boats, story land with rides and characters. It is our amusement park!

Such a fun park! Ive been going there since I was a child, now my children enjoy it. They continue to make improvements and add new exciting rides and attractions! Their campgrounds, although never personally used them, look great!

Cant get enough of the goats, our 2 year old son would everyday to check on them if we let him. :-)

This is a great place to bring your whole family and is suitable for all ages. There are many different activities to do here and the general park is free to enter. Some activities do cost and when they do, the prices are usually low. Beautifully kept and easily navigated.

There is so much to do here! We go a couple times a year with our kids and they love it.

My husband loves looking around the buildings while my kids love the few rides that they have there! Its a win win for everyone cause if the kids are happy the husband is happy then this momma dont have to listen to anyone is bored and we can all be together as a family! Food price isnt that bad either!

Great for families with children under 10. My 12 and 14 daughters thought it was too young for them but they still managed to have a good time.

This is where I go by default when I want to walk or go to a playground with my kiddo. The walking trails are wonderful and I love going to the zoo and storybook land for a fun excursion when I dont have my dog with me.

Many different family activities for us kids off all ages. Great to see how the city has grown Storybook Land and the rest of the park since I first experienced it 25+ years ago.

They have the famous story book land..camp grounds which rent out cabins ranging in three different sizes...small for 55$ medium for 75$ and large for 125$ mini golf go karts bumper boats small lake which rent out paddle boats canoes..you can rent bikes all different sizes some wild life.. I would recommend it to anyone...
