Okay I was honestly surprised by some of the bad reviews people have left?This theater is very small but I believe locally owned? I didn’t expect the grandest theater or the most comfortable chairs. But my personal experience in the 3 times I’ve been here:The employees were extremely friendly. We ordered popcorn, soda and an Icee. All were really good! What you’d expect at any movie theater.The prices were again, what you’d expect at any movie theater. The movie tickets themselves were only $5 because of Covid!When we went, nobody else was ever in the theater with us. So we sat in the back row and put our feet up. We brought a blanket with us because we’d read reviews that people were freezing in the theater. Again- where is this coming from? We didn’t use the blanket at all because it was the perfect temperature. Not freezing but not hot. I’d guess it was around 68-71. Perfect.We’ll be back once they reopen!

Staff is very friendly and they all have great customer service! Only downside about this place is the movie theater itself, it’s FREEZING COLD. I went and watched a movie and my whole body was extremely cold, as well as my hands and my nose. Chairs are slightly uncomfortable but it doesn’t ruin everything. Since this the only place in town it’s a nice place to go. But would really appreciate a appropriate temperature setting, or might just bring a blanket. Other than that, great place to go!

Froze to death. Not heat. They also have rats. Husband watched one running across the walk way when we were watching the movie. Here talked to manager and said that they do have a problem with that. Inside the movie area is dirty. Needs major cleaning. Total disappointment. Next time, going to Olympia!

Went to see star wars, movie was good. But I dont think I will be back! $30 for 3 adults and the place smelled like piss and diaper wipes. When we first got there people were talking about a rat running around though we didnt see it. And people talking throughout the movie. Clean it up or you will lose more customers.......

I was discriminated against as a disabled male with extreme medical needs.Yesterday myself and a friend took a bus from elma to see a movie. After a couple buses and two hours we made it to the theater. We went in bought our tickets and went in to sit down. At this point I want to say that I have a medical condition that requires me to carry a back pack or some type of bag that can hold the device that I am in constant use of and I might add that the device is very embarrassing. So of course I had this bag with me.After getting out tickets and sitting down, less than a minute went by and a staff member approached me and told me that my bag was not allowed Into the theater. I explain that I cant be with out the bag and she says to me that she is just the messenger and let me know I could speak to a manager. (Not once did I become rude or swear or talk down to anyone in this entire occurrence) so i say okay and I exit the theater and at that point approached who I was told was the general manager. She explains whats going on, then tells me I can rent a locker from them. I let her know I understand completely but in my case I have to have this bag at ALL times and am unable to be parted from it (not even for a sec because it is attached to me...) I tell her of my medical condition, tell her that Im more than happy to let her search my bag and see that I am being truthful and she tells me no and didnt seem to care at all. She tells me that it doesnt matter what function the bag has or whats in it, and how she cant make an exception. At that point I was pretty upset, but I still held my composure because as soon as I get nasty w her, it justifies her actions and how shes treating me.By crowdnow a small crowd was forming and I am feeling more and more embarrassed as everyone is hearing me talk about my medical condition.I say okay fine. I inform her that I would like my money back because her employees let me walk all the way into the theater and sit down for only just a second and she tells me that there is nothing she can do and can only give me a voucher for another day.I tell her how embarrassed I am and how I dont want to come back to the theater because of that and face the same employees that all know about my embarrassing medical problems. and on top of that why would I want to give any kind of business to a company that clearly discriminates against people such as myself. and then there happened to be a lady walking by who had a bag such as a purse that was twice the size of my backpack. I pointed out to her and she tells me that its a purse and how thats allowed.So not only do I feel discriminated against as a disabled person with a medical problem that is extremely embarrassing, but now I also feel discriminated against as a male whom does not carry a purse.Im extremely disgusted in how I was treated and i fear for those who have similar problems and how they will be treated and how that will make them feel.When I asked her for her phone number so I can file a complaint she refused to give me one and referred me to a comment section on the website and told me that I might get somebody to read it.Im so embarrassed about this but I dont want to even go to the mall because I fear running into the people that work there and how they know about my problem along with the crowd that had gathered around us as this proceeded.The most terrible thing about my experience At this movie theater is that you obviously have to be in perfect health and theyre not allowed to go in there if you have some type of medical problem that requires you to carry something on you. Im truly disappointed in the humanity of the general manager at that location and I assure any reader that I shall never go back.It took another three hours to get home on the buses after this.Thanks for such a horrendous trip to the theater Riverside.

I just spoke to Melanie (sp?) the general manager in Aberdeen. I voiced my concerns regarding rumors of rodents and no heat, Melanie was very friendly and professional. She explained that once a month a company comes in and checks the entire mall facility for rodents and they haven’t had any negative reports at all. I asked her about the heating problem and she informed me that if anyone ever feels like the heat needs adjusting all one needs to do is request it to be modified up or down. I asked if blankets are allowed and she said absolutely. She informed me large bags and/or backpacks are not allowed for safety reasons. I feel reassured after our conversation and I will be taking my family there to see a movie. Melanie also told me she is available for anyone to contact her regarding questions and concerns.

I like the prices here but I can always hear the other movies next door to me and its annoying I cant hear my movie. The seats are a bit uncomfortable for me too. It probably needs updating but its great for early morning show times and doesnt deplete your wallet.

Little old and has some cosmetic issues but all in all it was a nice place and had good deals on concessions.

Old school theater. Concession prices are the same as any other theater... Highway robbery. But, its very quiet. We had one other couple in the theater with us on a $5 Tuesday night.

Its small and cozy with multiple screens. Very clean and friendly. I just cant give five stars to a place that charges $5 for a Coke. Standard theater food prices.

We stopped going several yeara ago due to the rundown look and musty smell. Now, it is a different theatre. Much better atmosphere, no more smell, and the $5 Tuesday tickets are hard to beat.

It was fun to take my little girl to her first movie here. She had a blast with all the other kids. Kudos to the cashier that rang us up that interacted with her. She had so much fun!

Seats were comfortable, the movie Dr Doolittle was GREAT, but the theater was VERY chilly / cold. I had two layers on and needed a blanket (it was in the truck).

The last of its kind in Aberdeen, Washington. I always enjoyed this place because its not crowded at all. Being it an old theater and with the very minimal upgrades done in the last decade, the distinc smell inside the theater is the only big turn off for me.Overall, its been our go-to theater and were glad its still afloat after all the local businesses closing down.Its sad that it will go away, too, and we are headed for the Age of the AI and automation.GOOGLE ANDREW YANG#YANGGANG

I think that this movie is just adorable! I was impressed with the overall film, it has the fun vibe. but does not, in any way seem amateur. The story line was so relatable.... that love really finds you when you least expect it. I recomend the new Elton John movie to anyone!! Im not usually a fan of musicals but this movie was fun!!

Its nice to go to first-run movies and not have a pack theater. We were able to see a good movie only days after it opened, and we got the best seats in the House. Service is friendly, and the refreshments are great. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend it. Also, while youre there, go to the food court across the way and get some amazing BBQ. You will love it!

Service was good, screen a bit small and sound was a little low and not as quality as I have heard.

My sister and my adopted sister and I went to the movies and my adoptive mom came in to sign off for a rated R movie. My adoptive mom is a different race then my sister and I. We tried to tell the people working there that she was in fact our legal parent and they laughed at us and told us no. The manager came and let us buy the tickets, so thank you manager! Our family just found it very offensive and it hurt my sister and I feelings because we’ve been through a lot. I don’t think I’ll go back, it was supposed to be a sister bonding.

My friends and I went to watch Annabelle with a guardian that is older than 18. They told us we need to have all of are individual parents come in!! I am 15 years old and I have went to the movies for ever I have never been told once that we need are individual parents come in. Sucks for them because they lost are money and my business. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful and need to learn how to not talk about you when you are still in the room!!

Good seats and leg room in every theater. The popcorn is delicious, but they dont have hot tamales in the concessions. Generally clean in the theaters and the restrooms.

Price for adult is fair food is spendy the odors here are strong of body odor they need to deep clean the facility . Staff if nice and friendly. Ive been to this theater several times. But today was an invite to my granddaughters pre-school friend. We all got a tour and I learned how the movies get digitally downloaded ect.... The only issue I had was my 4 year old granddaughter couldnt sit in the theater seat without it folding up on her. So I had to hold it down for her for the movie. Maybe next time I will bring a pillow, I think that would work.

This is a great theater for our towns of Aberdeen, Hoquiam and areas .Nice comfortable seating and courteous staff BUT customer s who continue to TALK during the movie is constantly ruining the show. Its at every show we attend. No matter what the Rating is for the movie--from G to R. We dont attend MA. People are talking in every showing.

Overall it was okay. There prices on there popcorn, Icee, drinks, and candy are to high! You cant get refills on your Icees. There staff were nice and helpful. Just there prices on food are bad. Good quality chairs and sound while youre in the theater.

Very clean, friendly staff, well set up movie theaters. Definitely will be back when we are back in the area. Kids love Ralph breaks the internet. So did my boyfriend and I too!

The theater and movies are fine but I asked to get an extra bag to split my popcorn with my granddaughter and the girl wanted to charge me for another large popcorn. I offered to pay but she wanted the price of another large popcorn. Come on you guys this is totally wrong.Also they want 6.10 for a small Icee. Seriously do you really want to go out of business?

Nothing special. Never packed which is a plus. However they do have different sized screens and seems like every time lately I go see a movie, I end up seeing it on the smaller screen

Theater was too cold, guests next to us left and stepped on our popcorn on the way out. When I spoke to an employee about it he just said the temperature has been adjusted twice and didnt care about replacing the popcorn. Horrible experience will not be back

The staff are nice, the screens are good and so is the sound. Ticket prices are a bit lower than Olympia and other places so thats a plus.The stadium seating does the job but has a little age to it as does the theater itself but no big complaints here

Facility is decent for a small town theater, needs updating to better seating and more comfortable seating. Theater is kept clean but the size of the seats and lack of space can be quite tiresome with lack of comfort. otherwise the facility is in fair to moderate condition and staff is friendly. My kids and I enjoy going from time to time although there military discount is seriously lacking a whole $.50 cents of ticket price...why even bother seriously.

I personally enjoy this theater. I have many happy memories.

It is so terribly cold in the theater rooms that it had my nose trickling, and body shaking the entire time, and I had a coat on! I was so upset by it I nearly left 10 minutes into the movie. Only reason I stayed was for my daughter. To pay nearly $60 for a family movie, 1 nacho, and 1 kids box and be that cold and uncomfortable is a disappointment.

Its alright. I dont know if I keep getting in the same screen each time but I always seem to spot a dead pixel right in the middle of the the picture. There are generally less people than most theaters though which is nice if youre like me and dont really like listening to other moviegoers commentary and conversation throughout.
