Beautiful! Well manicured fields, clean, water in dugouts. Hotel is conveniently placated to all, pool on-site and restaurant. Wonderful experience for players and families. Starbucks coffee also available not the real deal but available. Modern rooms and lounge indoor and outdoor. A very pleasant stay.

Very disappointing. The kids had a blast, but if it rains, you are out of luck. We spent a pretty penny dragging the team down there to have it rained out on one day. At least they let us play on the big field for our game on Sunday. 2 games and a promise of a future credit, is not my idea of a company that I would do business with down the road. We will not be returning. There are too many other places that would welcome our money and treat us fairly.

Professionally operated and maintained facility. Umps excellent. Fine tuned operation. Clean and staff friendly. Considering the number of kids and families churning through the complex, well done! Lifetime experience for our boys.

Every review is 100% accurate and this comes from someone who has been here numerous times over the last 2 years. It is something that every youth player from 12u to 9u should experience. The kids will love it but the parents will not. While the fields are absolutely gorgeous, you dont get your bang for the buck. I was there 2 months ago and then again this past weekend and I honestly dont believe they cleaned the restrooms around the fields. I wouldnt go in them 2 months ago and they looked like they had not been cleaned since then...serious. The format for the tournament was a joke. 21 teams entered and they only advanced 7 to playoffs on Sunday. The pool play draws were horrible with all the best teams beating up on each other and only 1 of the top 6 teams in the tournament advancing so it was bad baseball. That aside, they advanced only 1/3 of the teams so that goes to speak to the facilities focus on money over quality baseball. On another note, if you arent a great team I wouldnt go. Ive seen far too many games that last 4 innings and end up being 25-0. Dont get caught up in the mystique of Ripken if you arent a top notch team. Top notch means shut down pitching and power in the lineup. Umpiring has gotten much better over the past year but they still play favorites to local teams. If you do decide to go, volunteer to play a Friday night game so you get to play under the lights!

Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to withdraw my team from a Ripken baseball tournament. It is 8 weeks until the tournament and there is a waiting list. I was told that they will not refund my $300.00. I can see not refunding the deposit if I cancelled a week before. There is ample time to fill the spot with a team. Very surprised at this decision!
